Rules

As a Feniks Kids team, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every product you purchase from us. However, if there is a detail you do not like, you can return or exchange the product you purchased. Therefore, our terms are as follows:

• Baby clothes, underwear, accessories, and personal care products are not returnable as they are hygienic products.
• Toys are not returnable.
• The clothing label must be on the product and in its original, undamaged form.
• The receipt provided to you when the order is delivered must be returned.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, new and unused .
• The reason for the return must be stated.
• If the product was sent with a gift, then the gifts must also be returned complete and undamaged.
• If set of clothing was purchased and you only want to exchange a part, then set must be returned with the entire set .
• If you are not sure about the size , you can order 2 sizes and return the size that does not fit you.
